Tara is the calm voice on the other end of the phone and the reason every Hinchey Homes deal closes the way it should. She runs every transaction from accepted offer to keys-in-hand, coordinating lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and the dozens of moving parts that decide whether a deal closes cleanly or unravels at the eleventh hour. If something is at risk, she sees it days before anyone else.

Operations Lead
Steph runs the calendar, the weekly cadence, and every piece of listing prep. She schedules the trades, coordinates the staging, manages Broker Bay, orders signs and feature sheets, and runs the entire Renos for Revenue program from staging consult through completion. If anything physical happens to one of our listings, Steph made it happen.

Marketing Lead
Jasmine builds and ships the marketing machine. Listing creative, video content, social media, listing websites, paid ads on Meta and Google for every new listing, feature sheet design, and source-tagged attribution. The reason your home gets seen 25,000+ times in the first two weeks is Jasmine.
