Additionally:

• Project manager to facilitate soft renovations from design consultation including: paint, lighting, hardware, junk removal, professional carpet cleaning, curtains, some flooring and garden/yard clean up. We organize everything, you pay contractors on completion.

• 8 Hours with a professional organization company that will help you start packing

We organize and pay to pick up all of your furniture and store it for the length of time your house is listed.
